Legal Fees:  Most cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, in which case if there is no recovery, the client owes no fee; if there is a recovery, the Firm receives a predetermined percentage of the recovery.  Some cases are not appropriate for contingency fee arrangements in which case the client pays an hourly fee based on present fee schedules.  Flexibility in hourly rates is given to clients in the Firm's discretion depending on the case and the client's ability to pay.
